Charlotte Ljung is an entrepreneur and tech-executive/ executive with more than 20+ years of experience in strategy and business development. In addition, she holds experience in sales, branding, marketing and distribution mainly within the retail industry, consumer goods and hospitality.


Initially, a commerical interior architect (ASID, SIR) by trade, Charlotte started her career in New York where she engaged with designs and roll-outs of brand flagship stores for, among others, Burberry, Tiffany and Ralph Lauren. She also worked in Paris, with designer/ architect Patrick Jouin, co-designing and setting up a one-of-a-kind exhibition and showroom for Italian furniture brand Cassina as well as creating retail concepts for Yves Saint Laurent retail division.


Having gained insight from the world of retail and premium consumer goods, Charlotte was active between 2005-2023, as 4th generation, in her family's company DUX - a Swedish household brand and internationally acclaimed company producing and distributing high-end beds, furniture and home accessories. Charlotte was part in developing and establishing DUX' extensive retail network DUXIANA internationally. Between 2018-2023 she established DUX boutique hotel concept, and was CEO for The DUXIANA, one of DUX hotel units. .    


In 2019 Charlotte founded Endbright, a financial -and legal tech-platform and digital service. Initially focused on enabling more sound and better divorces and separations, Endbright has merged into additional civil services and the financial-legal aspects of relationship/ family life cycles. Endbright collaborates with, among others, family-law institutions, banks and insurance-related companies where streams of capital and services in major life events have become even more apparent in recent years, and where a digital footprint and integration towards users and end-customers is becoming essential. 


Aside from it’s business aspects, Endbright practices an extensive thought-leadership advocating social sustainability. Charlotte has, in different forums, contributed with her work both within academia and politics and policy-making. During 2023 Endbright partook in a process for new methods within legal asset-sharing between spouses that was initiated by the Swedish Department of Justice and the Minister of Justice, Gunnar Strömmer. 


In 2022 Charlotte and Endbright was awarded "Female Founder" in Skåne by business publication Dagens Industri. Charlotte and Endbright was also awarded investment bank Carnegie’s “Entrepreneur of the Future”-award in collaboration with one of Sweden’s largest newspapers, Svenska Dagbladet. Charlotte is often seen or heard in various media channels and podcasts. 


Since 2023 Charlotte is contributing, as Advisor/ Business Director, in the establishing of BAS ID, a strategic branding and design agency, in the southern Swedish region of Öresund focusing on city planning, real estate development and retail brands. 


Parallel to operations Charlotte is actively engaged in different communities and have since 2018 been involved in the work for a new art museum in Malmö. She also serves on the board of Svensk Form, Sweden's national association for design and architecture as well as the British-Swedish Chamber of Commerce
